See the QM8 in action at FESPA Global Print Expo 2018

Later this month will see Impression Technology Europe head over to Berlin for FESPA 2018. FESPA Global Print Expo is Europe’s largest exhibition for the wide format print industry which makes it the perfect event to exhibit the brand new DTG Digital-QM8 for the first time! To see it for yourself, be sure to visit Hall 2.1, Stand C50 from the 15th – 18th May.

What makes the QM8 stand out?

One thing that we kept hearing again and again was that you needed a faster production process. We couldn’t sit aside and do nothing. Now after years of development work, we can finally give you the DTG Digital-QM8!

QM8 Features

  • The new QM print engine: A quad staggered head printer array with 32 channels of variable 3.5 pcl to 48 pcl drop sizes across all resolutions for rapid penetration and extreme colours. It also has lower viscosity ink controls for a finer drop placement and faster, more precise under-basing and registration.
  • The QM8 is capable of printing over 300 A4 images on white shirts at 720 dpi per hour! Not only are to images incredibly sharp but the colour gamut that’s supported far exceeds any other printer on the market.
  • The DTG Digital-QM8 workflow follows traditional multi head embroidery and screen-printing loading systems to make it easier for you to integrate it onto the shop floor.
  • Dual CMYK 16 channel dedicated colour print heads with increased pressurization and larger pressure release manifolds at the print head. You won’t have to worry about ink replenishment issues!

QM8 size

The DTG Digital-QM8 comes with all of the unique features that you’ve come to expect from DTG while printing faster than previous models and requiring less maintenance. It has the lowest consumable and service cost in the market making it truly… industrial!

We can’t wait to show off this incredible machine! If you’re attending FESPA 2018, you won’t want to miss the chance to see this in person. Make sure to come and find us in Hall 2.1, Stand C50!
